Family-to-Family is a free 8-week course for family members and caregivers of individuals with a severe mental illness. It is designed to facilitate a better understanding of mental illness and to increase coping and advocacy skills.
The class is taught by two NAMI-trained volunteers who have been there. It includes presentations, discussion, interactive exercises, a guest speaker, and refreshments.
